PICK-UP ON SATURDAY  If scheduled by 4:30PM on Tuesday.
                           - WEST of  I-71 -- First and Third SATURDAY of each month
                           - EAST of  I-71 -- Second and Fourth SATURDAY of each month
$50 BASE FEE - Columbus and surrounding suburbs  (up to 16 miles from 118 S Yale Ave)
                           - Includes first 4 furniture items
$5 PER ITEM  If more than 4 furniture items   (more than 18 items - call for custom quote)

FURNITURE ITEMS ACCEPTED / NEEDED:
BEDROOM - Mattresses, Box Springs, Dressers, Night Stands
LIVING RM - Sofas, Love seats, Sectionals, Stuffed Chairs, Recliners, Recliners
Coffee Tables, Sofa and End Tables, Book Shelves, Floor Lamps, Table Lamps
KITCHEN - Kitchen Tables, Kitchen Chairs, Refrigerators, Microwaves
MISCELLAN - Washers, Dryers, Freezers, Dishes, Flatware, Pots & Pans, TVs
FURNITURE CONDITION:
Gently used. Ready to use. No repairs needed. Etc.
No rips. No tears. No stains. No tape patches. Etc.
No pet hair, bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, health risks, etc.
No disassembly provided. Must be dis-assembled.
Appliances must be working, with all parts. Must be clean.
FBCO reserves the right to refuse any items deemed unsuitable for its clients.

BASE FEE - INCLUDES:  Travel to/from pick-up point; Removal of furniture items from donor's
residence; One address only; Street level, 2nd floor and lower level.
PAYMENT - Pay in Advance only, by major credit card; Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in
advance; 50% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; Partial refund
(according to pricing rules) if one or more items refused; Refunds processed within
2 business days, back to original credit card.
MILEAGE - Calculated with Google Maps; Rounded to the nearest mile.
FLOORS - 3rd floor:                  ADD $10  for every 4 furniture items;
4th floor or above:  ADD $20  for every 4 furniture items;
FUEL SURCHARGE - ADD $5  to Base Fee when price of diesel fuel is above $3.50 per gallon.
