Earlier this month, we hosted this inspiring and hard-working volunteer group from the Wexner Service Corps at our Yale Avenue headquarters! Deciding to divide and conquer, these volunteers accomplished so much for our families in just 3 HOURS! They assembled 20+ linen sets, packaged up 20+ kitchenware boxes, painted 10+ pieces of furniture, and skillfully built 9 tables!
Their efforts have certainly made an impact, as many of their items have already been selected by local families and have filled up their homes! Thanks to their volunteerism, more families now have comfy beds, sturdy tables, and the tools to make a warm family meal. On behalf of those families, THANK YOU WEXNER SERVICE CORPS!
